“I particularly enjoy Eva’s classes because there’s a good mix of relaxation and hard work. Eva’s classes are an hour and a half long, so plenty of time to fit everything in plus bonuses such as using massage balls! Eva takes into account students’ stiff joints and ailments and can adapt the moves accordingly. There is always plenty of room in the halls that Eva uses and you don’t feel that you’re in your neighbour’s zone!
