BEGINNERS ARE WELCOME TO ALL CLASSES
Keen to give yoga or Pilates a try, but aren’t sure where to start? Use the contact form to drop me a line!
If you’re happy to dive straight in, you can book a course, or drop-in places are available from two weeks before each class date through the Gymcatch booking system.
When you visit Gymcatch, select ‘Follow’ for be:well studio in order to see all available classes. Don’t forget to register and set up a password. The phone app is easy to use and you can download it here.

- 11.10am-12.10pm: Pilates
- 6.15-7.15pm: Pilates
- 7.30-8.30pm: slow flow yoga
Tuesdays
- 9.30-10.45am: mindful hatha yoga
- 6.30-7.30pm: flow and restore yoga
Wednesdays
- 9.30-10.45am: flow and restore yoga
- 11.10am-12.10pm: Pilates
- 6.15-7.15pm: Pilates
Thursdays
- 6.15pm move & unwind, yoga flow with Immi
Fridays
- 9.30-10.45am: mindful hatha yoga
