You can book a course, or drop-in places are available from two weeks before each class date. We use the Gymcatch booking system. Select ‘Follow’ for be:well studio in order to see all available classes. Don’t forget to register with Gymcatch and set up a password. The phone app is easy to use and you can download it here.

Timetable from January 2026

Mondays

  • 9.30-10.45am: hatha yoga  
  • 11.05am-12.05pm: Pilates 
  • 6.15-7.15pm: Pilates  
  • 7.30-8.30pm: hatha flow yoga

Tuesdays

  • 9.30-10.45am: hatha yoga 
  • 6.30-7.45pm: hatha flow yoga
  • 8-9pm: Pilates 

Wednesdays

  • 9.30-10.45am: hatha flow yoga 
  • 11.05-12.05am: Pilates 
  • 6.15-7.15pm: Pilates

Thursdays

  • 9.30am Introduction to Classical Pilates with Chizzy 
  • 6.15pm move & unwind, yoga flow with Immi 

Fridays

  • 9.30-10.45am: hatha yoga
